CAN RWB DO MY TAXES?

Not at this time, but you can take advantage of our tax prep service that ensures all the documents you need for tax preparation are prepared and remitted to your tax preparer of choice.

DO I NEED A BOOKKEEPER IF I HAVE AN ACCOUNTANT? IF SO, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Bookkeepers and Accountants perform distinctly different tasks for the businesses they serve. Bookkeepers are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of their clients’ general ledgers. Common duties include but are not limited to:


  • Compiling data daily.

  • Categorizing expenses in the general ledger.

  • Reviewing the general ledger for accuracy.

  • Generating financial statements.


Accountants use the accurate and up-to-date general ledger maintained by the bookkeeper to provide advisory services, such as 


  • Analyzing company’s financial data.

  • Preparing income tax returns.

  • Providing tax planning.


Fortunate for you, we offer both bookkeeping and accounting services.

HOW MUCH DOES RWB COST?

We charge a flat monthly rate for full bookkeeping services, which is discussed in the consultation. Additional services that we offer come at an additional price. Book your free consultation to find out more.

SHOULDN’T MY BOOKKEEPER BE LOCAL?

Not at all. Small businesses no-longer need to work with a local bookkeeper due to all of the technological advances that allow us to securely access our clients’ books anytime and anywhere.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN UP MY BOOKS BEFORE I HAND THEM OVER TO RWB?

No, clean-up is a part of your work estimate. We will set up your industry-specific general ledger in the cloud accounting solution that best fits your needs.

WHAT ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE DO YOU SUPPORT?

QuickBooks Online

I HAVE MULTIPLE BUSINESSES; CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE THAT?

Yes, we manage books for multi-unit businesses and franchises. We can do each location as an individual unit so that you can see what units are producing more than others and maintain all books and records separately so that no commingling of funds and accounts occur.

DO YOU DO BILL PAY?

Not at this time, but we will as we expand the company.

DO YOU HANDLE SALES TAX?

RWB will help you track the sales taxes you collect so you’re prepared to file and report at the designated times mandated by the state and federal government.
